Whew. It’s only January at the time I’m writing this and already the online space is s p i r a l i n g!! It’s like the news that came out in the past 2 weeks is enough to fill a whole year. 😱
TikTok went down for a few hours, then back up. Meta is being well…Meta with all of their updates.
And once again email marketing and long-form content is in the spotlight.
Entrepreneurs are looking for ways to get their content seen so that they can find leads and grow their businesses. Isn’t that the ultimate goal of marketing? Connection and conversion?
The thing is that we want to be everywhere, all at once (btw that was a strangeeee movie) but as business owners who also have the huge responsibility of raising little humans, running a household, the schedule-keeper, etc. creating content for these platforms can overwhelming, to say the least.
Which is why I think it’s important to simplify your content strategy. Let me walk you through 5 tips for showing up on multiple platforms without losing your mind or hours of your precious time.
Trying to show up on every platform is the quickest way to burn out. What’s important is finding three platforms that you can consistently show up on and the type of content you enjoy creating.
✔️ Email marketing: In my opinion, this is non-negotiable. In 2025, every business should have an email list.
✔️ Social media: Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc. Where is your ideal client hanging out? That’s where you wanna be. Social media is a great tool to build relationships and get feedback quickly.
✔️ Long-form content: Blogs, podcasts, YouTube. These channels allow you to build your brand authority and reach new audiences through SEO to drive traffic to your website and other links.
Once you’ve chosen which platforms you want to market on, it’s time to decide how often you’re going to be posting on them.
Find a frequency that works for you!! Use a schedule not as gospel but as a guideline, because life happens and you have to give yourself grace.

🔥 Curate: Find an original piece of content that you want to repurpose
🔥 Channel: Decide which platform you will be repurposing it for
🔥 Craft: Edit the copy, simplify or expand, depending on the platform. Add a story or new perspective.
🔥 Customize: Optimize for the new platform by adding SEO keywords, call-to-actions, design, etc.
Train ChatGPT as a new employee, tell it who you are, who you serve, your vibe, offers, ideal client, etc. This will help you get better results.
I love using ChatGPT to outline content that I’m going to repurpose. I ask it to write drafts, pull out key points, give subject line suggestions…so many little things that help get my ideas flowing.
Create templates for:
Not only will this save you a ton of time, but it will also help you stay consistent with your branding.
I get it, you wanna do all the things and be good at all the things. But eventually, you get to a point where you have to surrender and bring in help so that you can have the capacity for more clients, more family time, or just time for yourself.
When that time comes and you need some help with your digital content strategy, I’d love to support you! Here are some ways that we can work together:
